Refund policy
1. What is Big Paw Lifestyle's exchange/return policy?
- Exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns only credited as store credit unless manufacturer defect occurs
- The merchandise must be returned in its original condition for resale. The merchandise must be returned in its original or similar box with the packing slip.
- If the item returned shows obvious signs of wear then an exchange/refund will not be granted.
- If we deem the merchandise was worn we will send it back to the customer. Obviously, we can't issue a refund or allow an exchange if we receive merchandise.
- For exchanges please note on the packing slip what you'd like to exchange for. The exchange must be for a product of equal or lesser value.
2. How do I exchange an item?

*Please note that your exchange item(s) may be out of stock by the time your return is received. If your exchange is out-of-stock, we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss your options.
3. Do I have to pay to send merchandise back?
Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange merchandise back to us.
4. Which method of shipping should I choose to send my items back?
UPS, FED EX OR USPS. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as BPL will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.
5. How do I know my exchange has been processed?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. For exchanges, you will get an email confirmation once the items are on their way out to you.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only accepted and processed if a manufactures defect occurs. You must email us concerning your returns and be issued a return tag for returns to be accepted. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7 to 14 days from the date your return was delivered to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and those fees will not be included as part of the refund. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, please call us or email us to initiate the return. You may be compensated for the return shipping under these circumstances.
